How to shop with us
To make a purchase on leklint.com you must go through 5 steps:
1. Find the items you want to purchase and place them in the basket.
2. Enter your personal information
3. Choose a shipping/payment method
4. Accept our terms and conditions
5. Confirm that the details of your order is correct.
Kraft Kenya makes reservations for price changes. All prices are quoted in KES.
If you live outside the Kenya, no sales tax will be charged. Please bear in mind, however, that you may be liable to taxes and import duties levied by the authorities in your own country.

Upon receipt of your order we will send you a confirmation. We kindly ask you to check all the details and notify us immediately of any errors. If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please contact us by phone +254 750 18007 or email us at email@example.com.
As a private customer you can use the following:

The purchase price will be deducted from your account on the day of dispatch. There can never be deducted a larger amount than what you have approved through the acquisition. There is no fee on online payments on leklint.dk.
We aim to dispatch all goods within the lead times stated. Should delivery times be delayed due to production or delivery failures or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, you will be contacted by Kraft Kenya.
Delivery and freight costs
All orders are fulfilled at our warehouse in Odense, Denmark. Delivery time may occur on certain products. This will be stated on the order confirmation we forward with each order. The goods are delivered by carrier or parcel service depending upon weight/size. In principle we aim to deliver all over the world, please note, however, that it may not be possible for us to deliver to all locations.

Delivery by Carrier
Generally, we dispatch by Wells Fargo according to their regulations and prices at any time. Outside Wells Fargo area or in case parcels exceed Wells Fargo limits as far as weight or volume is concerned, a different carrier is used.
We reserve the right to not accept foreign orders for locations that involve too large a risk or unreasonably high freight costs.
From the moment a carrier attempts to deliver the goods, they are at the customer’s full responsibility. Therefore, we advise you to inspect the parcels for any visible damage before accepting the delivery. If the goods have been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately by mail or phone. If possible, please send us a photo of the damaged item. Please have your receipt and/or delivery note at hand when getting in touch with us.
Should an item be received damaged without your objecting to the carrier, disputes may arise if the damage occurred during transport or due to your own act or neglect and in that case you may not be able to claim compensation/replacement.
Valid receipt is the order confirmation and/or delivery note specifying the purchased items.
You can only cancel or change your order within 30minutes for lampshade orders and 6 hours for sculpture orders. For quick response, we recommend calling +254750138007 for any change or cancellations.
All items returned to Kraft Kenya must be securely packaged.
The goods must be returned without any unnecessary delays, and no later than 14 days from the date in which your notice of withdrawal was sent. The deadline is met if the goods are sent back before the expiry of the 1 day. The return freight to Kraft Kenya is for your own account.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from inappropriate handling, other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and the way the product works. Any diminished value of the goods will be withdrawn your reimbursement. Once returned items are accepted, the cost of the goods is reimbursed to your account
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product, unless you have supplied evidence of having returned it.

This data is registered at Kraft Kenya and will be kept for a period of five years. Afterwards the information will be deleted.
We do not transmit customer information/data encrypted. Any information provided to kraftkenya.com is not transmitted or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not register any sensitive personal information. By subscribing to the newsletter, we register your e-mail address. Your e-mail address is not given to others.
