What Shipping Methods Are Available?

  • Ground shipping: This is our most common method for domestic shipping within kenya. Our ground shipping has a lead time of between 24hours – 72hours to delivery.
  • Air shipping: This is our fastest method of shipping that is commonly used for international shipments. We offer air shipping in both standard and express shipping, the cost of express shipping is higher

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes. We offer international delivery through air shipping and ocean shipping for large sculptures. We have ability to deliver to any part of the world within 7 working days. Send us an email on sales@kraftkenya.com if your country is not listed on checkout page.

How do I place an Order?

Placing an order with us is easy.
Find something you like on our website or socials. You can order by

You can also order directly on the website by adding the product to cart and following the simple prompts until the order process is complete. Once the order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and delivery timeline.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you wish to caMake sure you’re logged in to your account on our website.
Click on “My Orders” in the menu to view your order history.
Find the order that you want to change or cancel and click on the order number to open the order details.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, you will see options to “Cancel” or “Edit” the order. Select the appropriate option.
If you choose to edit the order, you can make changes to the items, quantities, shipping address, and payment method.
If you choose to cancel the order, you will be prompted to confirm the cancellation. Once confirmed, the order will be cancelled and refunded (if applicable).
If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will not be able to cancel or edit it through the website. In this case, please contact our customer service team for further assistance

Do I need an account to place an order?

You only need an account for website orders. This is to enable Ease of delivery.

How Do I Track My Order?

All website orders can be tracked through our order tracking portal. For international delivery, we use courier based tracking service until your order is delivered to your location.
